The holder of this role will be responsible for overseeing fabrication at our workshop by planning and optimizing workflow, managing resources, controlling quality standards and ensure that that clients expectations are met in every project.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in structural engineering
- Over 5 years industry related supervisory experience especially in metal and wood fabrication
- Experience in the Events and branding industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate creative briefs into practical concepts
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent attention to details
