CNOOC Enertech International (U) Limited is a subcontractor to one of the upstream oil and gas companies in Uganda. It provides exploration, drilling engineering, logging, underground special operations, petroleum engineering construction and other services to the oil and gas sector.
Primary Functions:
- Responsible for managing and supervising the operation of ESP program production workshop for oil and gas activities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making production plans, arranging production tasks, supervising production process, ensuring that production tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Responsible for directing and managing workshop employees, including training, performance evaluation and team building, to ensure employee efficiency and a proper working environment.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of safety procedures to ensure the safety of workshop production environment and prevent accidents.
- To ensure all equipment/downhole tools are in good condition with valid certificates and proper maintenance records.
- Other duties assigned by ESP project manager and company’s representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above majoring in Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation or Petroleum Engineering or other related majors.
- At least 6 years of experience in ESP program services in oil and gas sector.
Required knowledge
- H2S protection training certificate for petroleum site operation.
- Safety & survival certificate for petroleum site operations or other similar certificates.
- CNOOC well Control certificate.
- With more than 7 years of ESP project services.
- Good professional English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Have the ability of production planning, production process optimization and production efficiency improvement to ensure that production tasks are completed on time.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments.
