Your Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and guide them through our menu offerings.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience with attentive and personalized service.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Service or equivalent from a recognised institution
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment (1+ year preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Professional appearance and a commitment to excellent service.
