Job description
· Presenting a variety of menu options and take lead on suggestive selling based on customer preferences.
· Handling customer interactions at various levels of customer touch points
· Assist the guest navigate through the menu comfortably.
· Taking orders and delivering them to the table neatly and accurately in accordance to the ticket specification.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
· Present bills on time and accept payment.
· Ordering of items in Vuka for the store.
· Receiving of items from Food scape/ any other supplier.
· Keying in of orders in the POS.
· Receiving orders from the aggregator tabs.
· Packing and dispatching the orders to the guests.
· Table clearance.
· Ensure general cleaning of the restaurant is done and the highest hygiene standards are upheld.
· Communicating any R&M or IT issues to the Area Manager.
· Closing duties of the branch.
