About Pacem Havens Foundation
Pacem Havens Foundation’s mission is to facilitate productive reintegration of the ex-offenders into society and model crime-free behaviour among young people. Founded by an ex-prisoner in 2019 and officially launched in 2022, we are the first organisation of this kind in Uganda to work with ex-offenders towards personal transformation and desistance. With young people, we use the founder’s story as the foundation for our youth mentoring activities.
