The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable Nigeria nationals for the position below at the Institute’s headquarters in Ibadan.
Position: Videography Assistant
Duration: 6 months’ renewable
Location: Ibadan
Closing Date: 23 December 2024
DUTIES:
- Assist in video production of events and meetings and other institutional activities
- Assist in conducting interviews with scientist, institutional guest and partners, school visits, conference, seminars, VIPs and staff
- Assist in video production and post production of IITA TV programs
- Provide video production, post production and streaming support for the Radio IITA Farmer’s Outreach
- Assist in organizing produced video files on GoogleDrive and other platforms
- Assist Audio Visual team in the setup of equipment for eventsand studio use
- Edit raw footage using video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro
- Assist in adding subtitles, graphics, to video productions on YouTube or premiere pro
- Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
BSc/HND in Mass communication or any other related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
- Have good communication skills (writing, reading, and speaking)
- Have excellent reporting skills
- Have good Videography skills
