Position: Verification Supervisor
Location: Syokimau
Overall Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for overseeing and managing the processes involved in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and authenticity of data, transactions, products, or systems within an organization. Their role is critical in maintaining quality standards and adhering to regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance processes.
- Verify that products, services, or data meet established standards.
- Supervise verification staff, providing guidance and training.
- Assign tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.
- Oversee verification processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors
- Recommend and implement improvements in verification procedures.
- Utilize technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate verification activities.
- Prepare and present reports to management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum certificate/ diploma/degree in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or business administration or a related from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 year as a verification supervisor or its equivalent.
- Good computer skills, and ERP working knowledge are preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be flexible.
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting is an added advantage.
