Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to drive vehicle sales, increase market penetration and achieve company targets.
- Manage sales pipeline, track progress against targets and provide regular updates to management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ‘best in class’ customer satisfaction and bolster repeat business.
- Conduct market surveys to understand industry trends
Qualifications & Experience
- Independent vehicle sales completion, with a föcus on existing customers.
- 3+ years in vehicle sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive market and customer preferences.
- Expertise in credit risk assessment and recovery.
- High integrity and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Generate Kes. 5M monthly revenue.
- Close deals within 21 days.
- Establish presence in key Kenyan regions/segments.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share market insights.
- Manage the end-to-end vehicle sales process with no transactional drops.
