Value Added Services (VAS) Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual product plans and road map for value added services.
  • Develop annual KPIs and balance score card objectives regarding revenue achievement according to the business plan.
  • Contribute to the overall segment strategies and annual marketing plan.
  • Revenue planning for the Group Top 5 products.
  • Product Lifecycle management and resource management.
  • Conduct regular marketing intelligence efforts on value added service products and make recommendations to business.
  • Identify potential new product development opportunities for value added service.
  • Support the marketing team in preparing proposals for new and modified products.
  • Ensure availability product manuals and product descriptions for all products.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Revenue planning and management.
  • Optimize customer acquisition, drive sustainable usage, and improve retention through strategic product innovation and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Statistics or any related degree.
  • Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CIM), an MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing position, with a focus on product development.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ management experience.
  • Experience of Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment.
  • Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
  • Affinity with and technical knowledge of the latest technologies and services used within the industry and affiliated industries.
