Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UI/UX design principles, front-end development, and modern web technologies to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices, design guidelines, and industry standards.
- Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.
- Conduct usability testing and iteratively improve designs based on insights and user behavior.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance UI/UX practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP) is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
