Qualifications:
- Holder of a diploma or a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
- Proven track record in insurance sales, with previous experience as both an insurance agent and a team manager.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop sales teams, particularly young and upcoming salespeople.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
