Unit Manager

Responsibilities

The Unit Manager will be expected to;

  • Acquaint themselves with our product offerings/services, core values, how to onboard new clients and build a team of elite sales agents.
  • Attend all company-organized trainings
  • Lead their team efficiently and effectively through holding weekly sales meetings and regular motivational talks.
  • Increase market penetration in the region and the country at large.

Key competencies

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the insurance sector.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development and sales.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Skilled in identifying customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations and conducting meetings with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Field
  • At least 1 Years experience in sales
  • Certificate of Proficiency is an added advantage
