Uganda Stop TB Partnership (USTP) is an umbrella organization in Uganda comprised of partner organizations and individuals who play different roles to support the fight against Tuberculosis. USTP was formed in 2004 platform for coordination of agencies, partners and stakeholders to contribute to support TB control in Uganda.
USTP is well registered as an NGO in Uganda by the National Bureau for Non-governmental organizations Registration no. 6322, File No. MIA/NB/2025/09/5022 and permit no. 7753. USTP strives to align its mission, vision and roles to the Global Stop TB partnership and National TB Leprosy Program.
MISSION: “To ensure that every TB patient has access to effective diagnosis treatment and cure, stop transmission of TB, reduce the inequitable social and economic toll of TB”.
VISION: “A TB free Uganda”.
USTP’S ROLE AS PER NATIONAL STRATEGIC PLAN FOR TUBERCULOSIS AND LEPROSY CONTROL (NSP): (i) Advocacy for TB, (ii) Resource mobilization, (iii) Strengthen TB survivor networks (iv) Community TB care and prevention (v) Coordination NGOs and CSOs working in TB (vi) Build capacity of Civil Society TB actors and entities to integrate TB in their activities and (vii) Coordinate Public-Private Mix (PPM) activities to scale up private sector TB service delivery.
USTP seeks to fill the positions below to fulfil its mandate in line with the National TB strategic plan. The funding has been made available with support from the Global Fund through The AIDS Support Organization (TASO) Uganda Itd, the Second Principal recipient of the Global Fund.
USTP is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified, dedicated, competent, innovative and result-oriented individuals to fill the following positions.
The positions are contractual, and renewed annually based on performance.
