Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for Tutors in Business and Vocational Courses at Redan Institute. Tutors will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing course materials, conducting assessments, and providing guidance and support to students. This role will involve engaging with students in a classroom setting in Kampala.
Qualifications
- Teaching expertise in Business and Vocational courses
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
- Evaluation and assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students effectively
- Relevant teaching certification or qualifications
- Experience in adult education is a plus
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods
