Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Kampala. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, making reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and offer suitable travel options. While the role is predominantly based in Kampala, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Proficiency in making Reservations and managing related processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
Payment
- Base pay will range from UGX 800,000 to UGX 1,200,000
- Commissions will be paid for sales on top of the base pay.
