Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel inquiries and bookings
- Provide detailed information on destinations, packages, and services
- Manage reservations and handle customer requests efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on travel trends and company offerings
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience.
- Travel and Tourism certification (IATA
Qualification) - High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred)
Competencies and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Familiarity with travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus
