Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant at Exploring Kenya in Ruaka. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, following up on potential leads to convert sales, making reservations, and offering personalized travel consulting to create memorable experiences for our clients.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Customer Service
- Ability to follow up on potential leads and make conversions
- Ability to make reservations efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local and international travel destinations
- Proficiency in relevant software and booking platforms
- Certification in Travel and Tourism is an added advantage
