About the job

  • Management and development of drivers and transport team.
  • Management of the scheduling and planning of the transport operation, ensuring vehicle utilization is maximized.
  • Budget/Cost Management.
  • Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing,
  • Health & Safety and quality.
  • Ensure effective communication processes are established and maintained for both external/internal customers.
  • Vendor relationship Management.
  • Preparation of KPI’s, fleet profile report, driver debrief.
  • Operational continuous improvement.
  • Fleet Management and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Transport Management.
  • Fleet Management.
  • Risk Management Knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of experience
