Job Title: Training Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and daily operations of the training center.
- Liaise with instructors and industry partners to improve training delivery.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and logistics for training materials and equipment.
- Coordinate training schedules, student enrollment, and record-keeping.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure smooth training operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
- City & Guilds certification in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training administration or related roles.
