TRADING CO-ORDINATOR

Reporting To Head Trading & Exports, The Successful Candidate Will;

Key Result Areas: *Daily Stock taking of Trading SKUs. *Cross-checking with Procurement + Customer care team towards incoming Stocks from Suppliers, update records. *Check with Sales team on stocks movement at CP level. *Prepare and maintain CP-wise GAP Analysis for Trading SKUs. *Connect with Suppliers from Global destinations towards fulfilling orders, stock departure timelines, product development updates. *Follow-up & Manage tasks towards New Trading Product Developments-Local teams as well as with Suppliers. *Prepare Excel, Word, PowerPoint based presentations-Weekly towards Trading SKUs Sales & Stocks. *Developing a multi-channel annual marketing / promotional plans towards Trading SKUs roll-out within Uganda & Export markets. *Monitor and update management on key competition activities in Local/Export markets for Trading SKUs. *Co-ordinate, Appoint, Manage and get Sales/Exports for all Mukwano products in Export markets. *Build strong relationships with Export Clients while generating higher Sales/Export volumes. *Assess competitors’ activities in Export Markets.  *Attend and Lead Management Meetings – PRM on monthly basis.

Educational Qualifications And Experience

*Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or Marketing / Trading. *At least 3-4 years of relevant experience is required.

*Computer literate. *Excellent customer service skills. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Enjoy rapport building and customer interaction. *Professionalism and confident. *Target driven and self-motivated. *Strong persuasive skills. *Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task
