What you will do:
- Call prospective customers and take them through the various Mogo products and terms (Car financing, Logbook loans etc)
- Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about mogo products
- Proactively work with leads to achieve loan issuance targets
- Answer customers’ questions and overcome objections
- Meet company expectations for excellent customer experience
- Follow-up on existing customers
- Properly record data in Mogo IT system.
- Schedule customers’ visits to Mogo branch
- Any other task that may be assigned from time to time
