Job Title: Technician or Junior Technician / Full-time or part-time position
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Learn how to install and service the Company’s water purifiers with spare parts products, namely carbon and sediment filters and UV lamps. Learn how to install our solar back up power sets and solar systems. You will be trained by our experienced and talented Technical Manager.
· Carry out the maintenance and repair of the Company’s the products – water purifiers, solar-systems and back up power sets – in the field.
· Listen and convey related technical issues at customer sites to the Technical Manager as may be required from time to time.
· Prepare a short report on customers visited and work done. Provide the the Technical Manager and the Customer Service Representative a copy of this report.
· Train customers and team members.
· Actively participate and contribute suggestions and idea during the Company’s team meetings.
