JOB TITLE: Technical Support Specialist

REPORTING: TSS Team-Lead, GPS Installation Manager and Branch Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check the TEAMS channel, GPS Installers Task for reinstallation requests.
- Ensure that the client’s details are correctly captured.
- Put GPS trackers in agreed vehicle places without informing anyone who is not part of the GPS team about the location of the device.
- Ensure client signs pre-& post-installation forms.
- Always maintain confidentiality of clients’ information.
- Ensure that 90% of installed GPS trackers are online after one month from installation date.
- Ensure that 80% of installed GPS trackers are online after three months from installation date.
- Ensure quick installations each GPS tracker installation should not take longer than 30 minutes.
- Take responsibility for received inventory accounting for all items Informing GPS manager if branch received damaged trackers so as to be sent back to a specified location by the GPS manager.
- Inform GPS Manager about safety flaws in their work environment in case of any.
- Ensure that all released bikes are with working trackers that show up online in internal systems.
- Complete any other tasks given by branch managers such as cleaning bikes, moving bikes, and doing inventory checks only when pending installations are done.
- Helping customers install number plates at no cost.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Automobile & Power Engineering or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in Installing, servicing, and replacing GPS tracking devices in cars, tuktuks etc.

- Experience and proficiency in excel and any other computer software.

- Intermediate level technical skills working with MS Office
