Key Responsibilities:

– Motorcycle Inspections: Conduct detailed post-repossession assessments and compile reports.
– Car Valuations & Inspections: Evaluate cars based on market trends, condition, and more.
– GPS Tracker & SIM Card Installation: Install trackers and SIMs on vehicles for loan monitoring.
– Motorcycle Repairs: Perform minor repairs and collaborate with repair teams.
– Client Support: Assist with loan applications and provide technical guidance.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate reports for inspections, valuations, and repairs.
– Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards in all tasks performed.
– Customer Relations: Provide professional technical support and foster positive client relations.
– Compliance & Safety: Follow company policies and prioritize safety.
– Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis: Identify fraudulent vehicles and assess overall condition.

Qualifications:

– Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field
– 2+ years of relevant experience
– Fluent in English & Swahili
– Knowledge of the Kenyan car market
– Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
– Driver’s Licence (BCE category)
