Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Sales Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will help drive the sales of Healthiify’s innovative telemedicine solutions by providing technical support and product demonstrations to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and help with closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Sales Process: Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and outreach to potential customers, including hospitals, doctors, and organizations.
  • Product Demos and Technical Support: Provide technical demonstrations of Healthiify’s telemedicine platform to clients, explaining how it integrates with their systems and meets their healthcare needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with prospective customers to understand their pain points, and propose solutions using Healthiify’s offerings, including our SaaS-based telemedicine software.
  • Technical Documentation: Help create and maintain product documentation, technical guides, and FAQs to ensure clients have the resources they need.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to help shape sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools to keep the team organized and efficient.
  • Support Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports that communicate the value of Healthiify’s telemedicine marketplace.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the product and development teams to improve Healthiify’s offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, healthcare technology, or telemedicine systems is a plus.
  • Sales Interest: Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement within the HealthTech or telemedicine industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
