
POST: Team Leaders LOCATION: Lira, Dokolo, and Apac
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates with Sales & Marketing background for the position of Team Leader in a dynamic and highly innovative financial institution, which provides financial services to Government and parastatals employees.
Qualification Requirements;
– Should have a Degree/Diploma qualification from a recognized institution
preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or Business Administration.
– Should have a good track record of integrity; be analytical, well organized and
knowledgeable in credit activities and MUST be computer literate.
– Should be a team player, self-starter with the ability to work with others
towards achieving the set targets.
– Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
– Should be above 25 years of age creative in solution finding and able to work
under pressure with minimum supervision in aggressive sales target
environment.
– MUST have a previous experience in Sales and Marketing in a financial or
insurance institution minimum of 2 years in Supervision.
Overall responsibility:
The person should be in position to:
– Recruit, train and supervise a team of Sales Agents
– Market the institution’s products to all potential clients in both existing
and new markets who are civil servants.
– Provide advice to clients on borrowing & loan management.
– Ability to solve clients’ problems timely and escalate any unresolved queries.
– Meet the minimum sales targets for the week, month and quarters.
– Evaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients as per the
institutional policies and procedures.
– Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted to the
Regional Manager.
