Team Leader, Regional Cash

Job Description
  • Manage all forms of cash operations as well as resources at the regional cash centre.
  • Assess and understand the risks associated with handling and movement of cash and maintain an effective system of controls in order to reduce the overall exposure and thereby minimize risk.
  • Oversee the implementation & adherence of branch cash holdings and RCC to the set cash holdings limits and central bank requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards Control receipts and payments of treasury cash.
  • Ensure that all cash centres have pre-requisite human and non-human resources so as to be able to operate without subjecting the bank to any form of risks.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures regarding security of cash as related to the job.
  • A good understanding of the impact of cash holdings on the Bank’s liquidity management plan.
