TEAM LEADER – MARKETING EXECUTIVES

PURPOSE:

To grow retail revenues from the commercial market

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Daily Sales management of respective Marketing Executives to effectively grow revenues and offer world class retail service
  2. Develop, train, mentor and offer daily field support to Marketing Executives;
  3. Oversee and manage daily productivity of Marketing Executives including daily production SME;
  4. Train team members on products and processes of on boarding retail customers as well as ensure
  5. Compliance in retail business acquisition;
  6. Follow up on renewal and debt collection of premiums from retail customers and SMEs handled by team members;
  7. Conduct market activations and storms in strategic locations to generate qualified retail and SME prospects;
  8. Conduct frequent Customer visits to enhance business relationships and
  9. Prepare weekly/ Monthly production reports for respective teams.
  10. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
