Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate with prior work experience in tax compliance and advisory services including drafting responses to KRA.
The ideal candidate will assist our clients with tax planning, compliance, and provide valuable insights to optimize their tax strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Conduct tax research and provide technical support on tax-related issues.
- Work with senior tax professionals to advise clients on various tax matters and strategies.
- Support tax audits and manage correspondence with tax authorities.
- Keep up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a tax-related role.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
