Position: System Operator
Location: Athi River

Overall Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for delivering outputs for which one has responsibility within prescribed time, cost and quality standards. Operates in compliance with organizational regulations and rules. Supports subordinates, provides oversight and takes responsibility for delegated assignments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Confirming loaded codes from the factory.
- Make a list of purchase orders in the system for goods loaded for delivery.
- Follow up on new codes of products in the system.
- Follow up on broken and wet products during offloading of the trucks.
- Confirm and collect all delivery notes on products.
- Receive monthly statements from transporters.
- Make transport payment estimates in the system upon loading.
- Confirm and prepare invoice payments on delivery.
- Perform any assigned duties as required.
Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications
- Must have a certificate/ diploma/ degree from a reputable institution.
- Should have a minimum of strictly 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with computer operations and applications, i.e, word, excel etc
- Posses ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Must have at least 1 year of driving experience with a valid driving licence.
- Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure and high accountability environment.
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
