Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fleet & Asset Officer at Quipbank Trust Limited located in Naivasha. The Fleet & Asset Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s fleet of vehicles and other assets. This includes overseeing vehicle operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing fuel and maintenance costs, ensuring proper documentation and compliance, and implementing best practices for asset management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s fleet and assets efficiently.
  • Asset Insurance policies & processes.
  • Oversee data management and ensure accurate tracking of all fleet activities.
  • Implement and monitor asset management strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.
  • Oversee all regional assets and ensure their optimal utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Additional tasks as advised from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fleet management, asset management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to fleet and asset management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools/ ERP system
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong data management and tracking skills.
  • NTSA experience and/ a valid driver’s license are a must.
