Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Supply Chain Field Officers at Dufil Prima Foods – Cassava Division located in Edo State. The role involves overseeing day-to-day cassava supply chain operations, managing procurement activities, ensuring efficient logistics, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to optimize the supply chain process.
Job Responsibilities
•Identify communities and clusters for cassava aggregation
•Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data
•Negotiate the best deal for pricing and cassava purchase
•Ensure that the supplies are high quality
•Have a smooth relationship with farmers and other stake holders
Qualifications
•Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
•Proficiency in Procurement processes
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Relevant experience in supply chain or logistics
•Bachelor’s degree or HND in Agricultural Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
•Indigene or knowledge of rural communities in Edo state.
