About the Company:
Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over a third of the banking population with services that can be accessed across 80 branches, 191 ATMs and over 5,200 CenteAgents and other digital platforms.
Job Summary: Responsible for the operational aspects of Capital Management in the bank
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or similar field of study
- 3 years’ experience in Capital Markets, Finance & Banking
- Sound Knowledge of risk management (Capital Management)
- Basic understanding of global and local banking regulatory frameworks
- Basic understanding of the balance sheet and income statement
- Experience in managing and analyzing vast amounts of data
- Basic exposure and experience in customer service
- Working knowledge of Banking book products, e.g. loans and deposits,
- Sound working experience with Microsoft Office specifically Excel & PowerPoint
