Description

  • The Store Manager will oversee operations across all warehouses, ensuring seamless inventory management, team coordination, and operational efficiency.
  • This role is critical to maintaining effective supply chain processes, ensuring material availability, and optimizing warehouse performance through strong leadership and strategic planning.
  • The manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, staff management, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy using advanced management software.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including material receipt, inspection, and documentation.
  • Lead and manage store personnel, providing training and professional development.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all warehouse operations.
  • Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely access to required materials.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory performance, stock status, and project material usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing, galvanizing, or fabrication environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial health, safety, and environmental regulations.
