The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote Saint Boss’ brand, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. This role involves content creation, community management, and performance analysis to ensure our social media efforts align with our business goals.
Ultimately, the Social Media Manager should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. The SMM will handle the company’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X accounts.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify key social media platforms and determine the best tactics for each.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for all social media channels, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
Community Management:
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive community and encourage user interaction.
Campaign and Social Ads Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote company projects, events, and initiatives.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize social media strategies.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all social media content aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency across all platforms.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in social media activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, project management, and executive teams to coordinate social media efforts with company initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance our social media presence.
- Work closely with the company’s photographer and website developer to coordinate marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and visual content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and software.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Working Conditions:
This role is Office based with working hours being 0800hrs to 1700hrs. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet deadlines or address urgent tasks related to Marketing activities.
