Work Schedule:
- Work Days: 5 days a week (including Saturdays)
- Onsite Days: 3 to 4 days onsite at our office location in Lekki
- Remote Days: 1 to 2 days remote
- Salary: ₦200,000 net per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop creative, visually engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
- Social Media Strategy: Implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and follower engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth, providing regular reports.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and external brands to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry insights.
