Exotic Pet Café is a one-stop shop for pet lovers, offering product sales, boarding, grooming, and veterinary services. We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, engage with customers, and drive sales through our social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create and implement social media campaigns to promote products, services, and special offers.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Engage with followers to build a strong online community and foster brand loyalty.
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Process and track sales inquiries received through social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on social media performance and online sales.
Content Creation and Strategy
- Take high-quality photos and videos of products, pets, and services for marketing purposes.
- Stay updated on social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with the management team to align content with the store’s goals and brand voice.
General Responsibilities
- Monitor competitors’ online activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
- Ensure all posts reflect the store’s professionalism and commitment to quality service.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and campaigns.
Requirements
- Must reside in Lekki or nearby environments.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses (portfolio required).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Passion for pets and knowledge of pet care is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
