Sarova Hotels is a leading hotel group in Kenya. We are looking for a storyteller with creative skill with the ability to develop unique concepts and ideas for video content, to join us as a Social Media Content Creator Apprentice.
JOB SUMMARY
As an apprentice, you will work closely with the social media team to refine your craft in the creation of compelling social media content that engages with Sarova’s target audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and storylines for video content on tiktok and instagram reels that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Produce visually captivating and attention-grabbing short videos, leveraging your editing skills and creativity to engage our audience.
- Shoot, edit and enhance videos using professional editing software and applications to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and features on tiktok and instagram reels incorporating them into video content creation to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual style and messaging across all video content.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience of video content creation and editing, with a focus on Tiktok and Instagram Reels.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as adobe premier pro or Final Cut Pro and familiarity with editing tools within TikTok and Instagram Reels or other video editing tools.
- Good understanding of Tiktok and Instagram Reels, including platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
