YLF Kenya is seeking a dynamic Social Auditor Consultant to lead a two-month comprehensive training and research program for 30 young fellows. This engagement is part of the Ajibika Leadership Program, aimed at empowering Kenya’s youth to actively participate in governance and decision-making processes.
The ideal consultant will have a strong background in social sciences or public policy, proven experience in social audit training, and deep knowledge of the Kenyan governance landscape. The role includes developing and delivering an interactive curriculum, guiding research efforts, and compiling a comprehensive report.

Requirements:
1. A degree in social sciences, public policy, or a related field.
2. An advanced degree is an added advantage.
3. Proven experience in conducting and facilitating social audit training programs.
4. Strong training and facilitation skills with a capacity to handle a group of at least 30 participants.
5. Expertise in data analysis and report writing.
6. Knowledge of the Kenyan governance landscape.
7. A proposal: Proposals should include a detailed 2-month engagement plan outlining the following:
• Proposed training methodologies and activities that are suitable for a group of 30 participants over the period.
• Consultant qualifications and experience in handling training groups of at least a similar size and duration.
• Research Report previously done.
