ROLE: SALES ASSOCIATE
Company: Assets Microfinance Bank
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.
Budget: ₦150,000.00 – ₦300,000.00
Responsibilities:
1. Minimum of a first degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting and Finance or related field.
2. Minimum of 1-4 years with proven work experience in SME sales, particularly in Microfinance Banks and Finance Houses.
3. Demonstrated proactive approach customers to promote and sell the bank’s products and services (SME loans).
4. Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
5. Proven experience assisting customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
6. Proven track record driving the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities and completing loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
7. Demonstrate sound and updated knowledge on types of loans and other banking products, services, and procedures.
