
SME Relationship Officer
Responsibility Summary:
- Develop, maintain and expand SME client portfolio
- Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the
SME portfolio - Proactively manage credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
- Grow profitability, product penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank’s strategy
- Market the Bank’s services and products to increase business Growth
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics, finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, SME banking.
Skills/ Experience Required
- Proficiency in marketing and selling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
- Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
