Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of residentialprojects.
- Monitor site activities to ensure quality standards and safetyregulations are met.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Prepare project reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
- 5 – 10 years of experience in construction or building supervision.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Salary
- N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly (depending on the years of experience).
