EXCAVATOR OPERATOR (2)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have a valid, verifiable and accident-free driving licence.
2. A minimum of three (3) years working experience with valid recommendation letters.
3. Must be a Kenyan citizen.
4. Adequate communication skills.
5. Above 18 years with a valid Certificate of Good Conduct for vetting purposes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Execute site preparation.
2. Dig trenches, Load, Unload or Move materials to the required destination.
3. Cut Slope when and where it is required.
4. Remove debris and rock.
5. Perform Filling and compaction works.

HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN (1 POST)

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum: Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other related field from a recognised learning institution.
2. Should have 0 years’ experience as a Human resource personnel.
3. Must be a Kenyan citizen.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in Computer operations.
5. Adequate communication skills are deemed necessary.
6. Exhibit interpersonal and people management skills.
7. Above 18 years and a Kenyan citizen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support development and implementation of human resource initiative and system.
2. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements and managing the hiring process.
3. Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
4. Have knowledge on the filing system.
5. Assist in performance management process.
6. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal compliance.
7. Maintain confidentiality of employee documents.

ROLLER OPERATOR (2)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have a valid, verifiable and accident-free driving licence.
2. A minimum of three (3) years working experience with valid recommendation letters.
3. Must be a Kenyan citizen.
4. Adequate communication skills.
5. Above 18 years with a valid Certificate of Good Conduct for vetting purposes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Operate roller to compact earth, subgrade and sub-base asphalt surfaces in the construction of highways and streets.
2. Drive machine in successive overlapping passes over surfaces to be compacted, rolling asphalts and subgrade to desired compaction and smoothness.
3. Determine speed and direction of machine based on knowledge of compressibility of material under changing temperatures.
4. Distribute, breakdown, compress and give a finished surface to cooling asphalt.
5. Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning and moving the machine in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
6. Communicate with paving crew on and foreman on job density requirements

Your daily duties shall be as directed by the Supervisor.

MASON (10 POSTS)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have a completed a vocational training program from an accredited institute with Level Certification Grade III/II/I in Masonry.
2. A minimum of three (3) years working experience with valid recommendation letters shall be considered as an added advantage
3. Must be a Kenyan citizen and should specify the county of origin.
4. Adequate communication skills.
5. Above 18 years. Certificate of Good conduct and/or Letter of recommendation from your domiciled area

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Maintaining tools and workspaces.
2. Cutting, shaping and dressing materials.
3. Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks.
4. Reading and following technical drawings.
5. Mixing cement and mortar.
6. Restoring old and worn masonry.

MANDARIN CHINESE TRANSLATOR (3 POSTS)

REQUIREMENTS

1. MINIMUM: Diploma in the related fields from a reputable University/College and major in Chinese Language/Culture.
2. Mastery in written & spoken Chinese & English
3. Relevant certificates and academic credentials
4. Working experience in a Chinese construction company will be an added advantage.
5. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
6. Above 18 years and a Kenyan citizen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in spoken, written, and listening skills in Mandarin Chinese.
2. Exhibits adeptness in utilizing office software and computer applications.
3. Possesses the capability to perform accurate translations between Chinese and English while maintaining the original meaning.
4. Engages in translating various materials, including technical documents pertaining to construction projects, for both Chinese supervisors and local community members.
   Displays competence in providing interpretation and translation services during on-site meetings and relevant site-related activities.
