At Purple Elephant Ventures, we combine design, technology, and industry insights to bring groundbreaking concepts to life. As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll have a direct hand in crafting the look and feel of these solutions, from intuitive booking interfaces to engaging mobile experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Design Seamless User Experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile products tailored to the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and hospitality experts to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Utilize feedback from guest testing and industry data to refine designs, ensuring that each product is truly user-centered.
- Implement Brand Identity: Develop a consistent visual identity across platforms that aligns with brand standards and appeals to hospitality customers.
- Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Bring innovative ideas and an understanding of current design trends and best practices in the hospitality tech space.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design at a tech company
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, Sketch, and project management tools; knowledge of front-end principles is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile projects focusing on user-centered design.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design, with an understanding of creating intuitive, clean interfaces tailored to diverse user needs in hospitality.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
