QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably within the freight forwarding industry. [ 3-4 years]
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of logistical processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency Outlook / Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is preferred.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
