Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Business Strategy Youth Products to lead our youth-focused radio sales team. As a Senior Manager  Business Strategy Youth Products, you’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for Next Radio, Pulse Radio, and NBS Plus, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about radio and youth industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Proposal Development: Work with internal teams to develop customized radio advertising proposals, ensuring successful campaign execution.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successful deal closures.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on industry best practices and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards in radio sales practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on radio or media sales.
  • Proven sales performance and leadership experience, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Professional certifications in sales or marketing certifications preferred.
