OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Strategist at C Care IHK will be a pivotal member of the marketing team, responsible for leading the creative direction of both thematic and tactical campaigns. This role requires a blend of advanced graphic design skills, strategic marketing insight, and leadership abilities to manage and inspire a small team of creatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to create compelling visual content that aligns with C Care IHK’s brand identity and marketing goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience leading a team and managing creative projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
