Senior Brand Executive

The Senior Brand Executive supports the Senior Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and initiatives. This role involves managing day-to-day brand activities, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring that all brand-related projects align with the brand strategy. The Senior Brand Executive plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, overseeing the development of marketing materials, and analyzing market trends to support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Project Management: Manage the execution of brand campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives, using data and analytics to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand decisions and identify growth opportunities.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to brand activities.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications and marketing efforts are consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
    • Touchpoint Monitoring: Support the monitoring of all brand touchpoints, including customer interactions, digital platforms, and physical experiences, to ensure they contribute positively to the overall brand perception, and report key insights to the Senior Brand Manager.
    • Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing brand strategies and ensure that all activities are aligned with the brand’s objectives.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of brand management principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong note-taking and documentation skills
    • Strong project management abilities.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
