Senior Baker Coordinator

The Senior Baker Coordinator will oversee bakery operations, maintain quality standards, and develop innovative recipes.

The role requires strong baking expertise, leadership, and creativity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Culinary degree with 3+ years of experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant.
  •  Expertise in artisan baking, pastry arts, and decorating.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily baking activities, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and refine pastry, cake, and bakery recipes.
  • Supervise and train junior bakers and apprentices.
  • Maintain stock levels and reduce ingredient waste.
  • Forecast demand to minimize unsold product waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Design seasonal menus and specialty items.
  • Ensure bakery products meet Big Square’s brand standards.
