Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with potential witnesses and subjects of investigations
- Contact government and non-government agencies to obtain necessary records
- Research background information on individuals and companies related to investigations
- Acquire and manage databases that support investigations
- Perform proactive, topic-based research for ongoing investigations
- Manage and handle all complaints with appropriate follow-up actions
- Secure and store sensitive information, evidence, and documents
- Prepare clear and timely reports on investigation activities
- Provide evidence in court or legal proceedings as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Security Management or Criminology
- Background in law enforcement (police) with a focus on fraud investigations
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
